Appointments can be scheduled through our convenient online scheduling system. The availability dates and times are always accurate. Of course if there is a reason the online system is not an option for you, you may give us a call or text us at 470-348-8183. All appointments require a credit card to guarantee the availability. Email and text confirmations are sent out once appointments are secured. Reminders are sent out one week and one day before the appointment.
All guests are required to complete intake forms, consent & waivers prior to the service. This helps to ensure that we provide the best care possible in consideration of your total wellbeing while being serviced. Due to the intimate and physical nature of our services, please be sure to honestly fill out the forms. Listing allergies, medications, prescriptions and supplements. Including past & present medical conditions & diagnoses, disorders and diseases. We are trauma sensitive so let us know if you have certain triggers regarding touch or sound before the service so that we can do our best to accommodate you and insure you have a pleasant experience. Please inform us if you have had recent Botox, injectables or surgeries, currently under care with Dermatologist for Accutane, using prescribed or over the counter Retin-A and it's derivatives. These have to be discontinued a week before getting waxing services, otherwise the appointment will be rescheduled and guest is subject to the service charge. All guest information is held in strict confidence.
We understand there are times when you may need to cancel your appointment, things happen. Please inform us as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the missed service.
Five minutes before the scheduled service is sufficient.
Although tips are appreciated, they are not expected. We make no assumptions for our guests, so the option is presented at check out to leave a tip or not. Ultimately, the biggest tip any guest can ever give is a referral and repeat visits!
NO shaving or cutting of hair is necessary before coming in, the wax needs something to hold onto. It is recommended to stop shaving at the very least, 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment. It is also common practice to gently exfoliate the day before to help ensure a better removal process. Of course, showering before any intimate hair removal service is always appropriate and considerate.
Yes. The facial services are fully customizable and safe for our expecting guests. A complete intake is provided to insure we are aware of any contraindications & allergens for every guest. We use green beauty products that are gentle, botanical and herbal based.
Late arrivals may still be accommodated, however the appointment may be shortened so as to not infringe upon the next guests time. The full service charge will still be billed at check out.
Not necessary. Just arrive ready to have your skin cared for!
Credit cards, Debit cards, Gift Certificates, Apple Pay, After Pay, HSA & FSA. Cash is also accepted but please note we may not be able to provide change. We do not accept Zelle, PayPal or CashApp for services.
Tweens & Teens are accepted for services with parental consent. Younger children, infants and toddlers accompanying their parent for a quick service (waxing) is fine as long as they are supervised and well behaved.
